I’m a little slow writing this post, but holy crap am I sore. I think plyometrics is probably one of the most difficult workouts I’ve ever done. It reminded me of doing conditioning during football in high school, minus the sprints. By the end, I was dragging quite a bit and not able to keep up very well, but eventually I’ll get there.
I definitely need to get my eating and drinking straightened out, but at least I’m heading the right direction.

Just wanted to drop a line and say hey, good luck on your P90X journey! I just started a few days ago too (and started my first blog ever, much to my own chagrin). I haven’t posted my Day 1 photo either….I’m waiting for at least a respectable Day 30 picture to accompany it before posting, so I know where you’re comin’ from in that respect. Keep pushing Play, and make sure to keep bringing it hard every day!
@Aler - I’m working on the diet thing…obviously that’s a big part of it all, but even just getting up from the computer (I’m working 12-14 hours a day in a chair) and working out is better than nothing. Problem is, now I’m a couple days behind.
