Ok…so I’m a few days behind now. Life is crazy busy and I’m easily distracted. At this point, I’m just going to keep going and do what I can do.
Today’s workout was very painful. I’ve never had much upper body strength and especially not very balanced strength. My shoulders are weak points and I hope that doing this workout as part of P90X will help change that. Right now, they are numb. It feels really good, but I know they’re going to be sore tomorrow.
My eating has been a bit sketchy…more forgetting to eat than normal with as busy as I am. I know that’s not a good excuse and I do need to do something about it.
Back tomorrow for more pain

Hey man keep it going. I started on monday and am pretty much in the same boat 5′11″ 240. Its hard but you can do it.. We both can.
